“I can do this”. These words helped launch Ron from a charter school principal to a charter school consultant who was able to do it all. Ron was no stranger to educational leadership; he already had 15 years of experience under his belt. Having run a successful business since 2002, Ron’s team has helped open over 20 charter schools in Florida.

Ron has over thirty years of professional experience in K-12 education. Ron began his career as a middle school and high school English and social studies teacher. He has been an elementary, middle, and high school principal for over 20 years.
He has conducted workshops on subjects including finance, budgeting, governance, and start-up procedures. Ron has also developed numerous materials to assist schools. He has been working with schools in Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Ohio, Tennessee, D.C. and overseas for over 30 years. Before creating his own school consulting firm, Ron served as Director of Operations for Florida and Georgia for one of the nation’s largest education management companies. In that position, he negotiated contracts with various county school boards, opening over 15 new schools while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Ron received a bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing from the University of South Florida, a master’s degree in Bilingual/Multicultural Education, and an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Miami. He is bilingual in Spanish and English.
Toni has been an educator for over 25 years. She has worked in the Miami-Dade School system and Lake County School system as an elementary classroom teacher, speech therapist and ESE Program Specialist. Toni has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Miami in Elementary Education and Speech Pathology, a master’s degree from Nova University in Speech Pathology, and an Educational Specialist degree in Education from Barry University.
David has worked in education for over 6 years. He began his career at Lake-Sumter State College, where he worked in the college marketing department. His writing skills served both the department and other departments at the college, including those that worked directly with public school outreach for both dual enrollment programs and early childhood education. David brings design and copy writing skills to the team’s wheelhouse, as well as advertising and marketing expertise. In his duties he has worked directly as a grant writer with clients for budget implementation in awards totaling up to $800,000. David has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Management. He serves on the Ad 2 Orlando board as Communications Chair.
